I’m Lisa, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, based in Leeds but able to work with anyone in the UK online using a secure online platform, like zoom, or by telephone. I work with individual adults on a short term and long term basis, providing therapeutic support for a range of issues you may be facing, such as anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma,

self-esteem issues and stress. As a fully qualified counsellor, I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and I abide by their code of ethics.

It's not always easy to ask for help, but it's a brave thing to do when you're struggling. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or just a little lost. It's okay to feel this way and it's okay to reach out for support. A counsellor can offer you a non-judgemental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings, and they can help you work through any challenges you may be facing.

Remember, taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health, and seeking counselling is a positive step towards a happier and healthier you.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other challenge, counselling can provide you with the support and guidance you need. I understand that reaching out for counselling can be a difficult decision, and I assure you that our communication will be held in the strictest confidence.

I am based in Leeds and I am currently only working online or on the telephone which allows me to work further afield. It also allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your space. I will be offering in person counselling in the future. 

Fees & availability

Counselling sessions are on a one-to one basis and last 60 minutes. They usually take place weekly, and cost £45 per session, payable in advance of the session. I accept payment by bank transfer.

For us to get the most out of our sessions together, it would be preferable that payment is made in advance of each session.


To ensure we can work together, I offer a free initial assessment which lasts approximately 20 minutes.


Note that if you need to cancel an appointment I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; otherwise you will still need to pay for any sessions missed.
