About me

I am passionate about helping people like you overcome the challenges and obstacles that life can throw your way. I became a counsellor because I wanted to give back to a profession that had helped me recover from my own early life experiences. My own journey through life has taught me to really listen when someone speaks and to treat everyone I meet with the same respect I would like to receive. In addition to my work as a counsellor, I am also a volunteer leader within Girl Guides and am passionate about helping others.

My approach to counselling is empathetic and supportive, and I believe that everyone has the strength and resources to overcome their challenges. Through my own experiences, I discovered the benefits of an empathetic approach and wanted to be that source of support for others. I have volunteered for leading mental health charities, offering one-to-one support to clients. I am also a moderator of a mental health Facebook group, offering advice, guidance, and support to people with mental health issues. This community provides a real sense of support for those who need it most.

At my counselling service, I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life. I am here to support you every step of the way, and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
